Please be advised that the Board of Directors of Where Edmonton Community Artists Network (W.E.C.A.N. Society has called the Annual General Meeting. This AGM will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Maggie & John Mitchell Art Education Studio (Harcourt’s Annex Building), 10211 – 112th Street NW in Edmonton.
Copies of the minutes from the 2025 AGM, the Agenda for the 2026 AGM, the Annual Financial Statements for 2025, and the 2025 Annual Reports will be available soon on Harcourt House’s website at www.harcourthouse.ab.ca
The 2026 Annual General Meeting Forms (Proxy Form, Nomination Ballot, and Call for Motion Form) have been posted in a single document on Harcourt’s website. Here is the link. Nominations for new Board members of WECAN Society will be accepted before the Annual General Meeting. Completed nomination forms are to be emailed to info@harcourthouse.ab.ca or hand-delivered to the office, Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5 pm, before the Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors of Where Edmonton Community Artists Network (W.E.C.A.N.) Society encourages you, as a member of W.E.C.A.N. Society, to attend. If you are unable to attend, please email your Proxy Form to info@harcourthouse.ab.ca or hand-deliver it to the office, Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5 pm, before the AGM.
