Boost your figure drawing skills by drawing live models in a variety of poses and durations. Uninstructed 3-hour figure drawing sessions in our Art Education Room #1 in our Annex Building. It’s a great place to meet other artists, hone and develop your drawing abilities in a supportive and creative environment. All experience levels are welcome. Easels, tables and chairs are available for use. Participants provide their own drawing materials. Life Drawing Drop-In Sessions are a unique component to Harcourt House’s educational programming.

Schedule Update: Drop-in Drawing & Long Pose Sessions
September
- The Art Education Room will be closed for the Labour Day weekend on September 6–7.
- Our upcoming drawing sessions include Draw Till You Drop on September 26 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
October
- The Art Education Room will be closed for the Thanksgiving weekend on October 11–12.
- Our upcoming drawing sessions include Behind the Studio Door on October 17, and our Theatrical Workshop Weekend on October 31–November 1.
November
- Please note that there will be no Sunday Long Pose session on November 1 due to the Theatrical Workshop Weekend.
- The Art Education Room will be closed on Remembrance Day, November 11.
- A second Draw Till You Drop drawing session will be held on November 29 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
December
- Our final drawing session before the holiday break will take place on December 16.
January 2027
- Regular Drop-in Drawing classes will resume on January 10, 2027, with another Draw Till You Drop (DTYD) drawing session scheduled for January 23.
