It only takes a simple step to begin the art of painting. Learn acrylic fundamentals in a fun, social, and relaxing atmosphere while painting a vibrant composition of spring flowers. Mariam Qureshi will guide you through the process of creating your own masterpieces by demonstrating how to mix colours and properly apply brushstrokes. Though all supplies will be provided in the class, participants may bring their own brushes if they so desire. No previous painting experience is required.
Mariam Qureshi is a contemporary visual artist who specializes in abstract expressionism. In June 2018, Mariam was awarded the Edmonton Muse Award 2018 for contemporary visual arts.
