Garden Sculpture is a one day workshop with local sculptor Ritchie Vethuis. Create your own unique garden sculpture in this one day workshop. After participants are shown techniques to create a garden pot, a green man mask and a garden sculpture in clay, they will choose one of the projects to complete during the workshop. Doing some research for ideas is strongly encouraged. One box of clay and firing will be included in the course fee. Be sure to bring a board to work on and some basic clay tools (a beginner pottery tool set will suffice). Also bring a bagged lunch to enjoy during our break while you get to know your fellow artists.
