Follow the Thread is an exhibition of innovative tapestries and mixed media woven works by Noreen Crone-Findlay.
The Follow the Thread tapestries and mixed media weavings are an exploration of dreams, mythology, sacred geometry, deep history, story and the path of poetry. All of which provide the metaphors for navigating personal experiences through the power of using threads, yarns and wood as the primary palette with leather, metal, wire and found objects as augmentation.
Finding and creating beauty in challenging times can be daunting, but it is essential. Following the threads to the heart of the mystery and weaving the narrative is the journey of a lifetime.
