Members’ Show BBQ: Saturday, June 25, from 12 pm – 5 pm
Harcourt House Artist Run Centre, 3rd floor, 10215 – 112 St, Edmonton
What does it mean to connect?
As part of The Works Art and Design Festival members of the Harcourt House Artist Run Centre will embark on a journey to “Connect the Dots,” in the Centre’s 28th annual Members’ Show, running June 14th – July 9th at the Harcourt House Gallery.
Complementing The Works Festival theme, “Connection Points,” Harcourt House’s “Connect the Dots” invites all current members to reach out, collaborate, cross lines, explore the spaces between, find connection in the unrelated and shift those familiar paradigms.
In addition to bringing the visual arts community together, this annual show doubles as a fundraiser for the artist run centre, with 20% of each sold piece going to support the nonprofit’s day-to-day operations. Make new connections and join us Saturday June 25th from 12 – 5pm for our Members’ show BBQ.
The Harcourt House Artist Run Centre is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting new and established visual artists and to inspiring the community through its exhibitions, educational programs, low-cost studio rentals, and atmosphere of open discourse. This summer, “Connect the Dots” and discover the Harcourt House Artist Run Centre for yourself. For more information contact Angèle Karosi via harcourtexhibit@shaw.ca or call 780.426.4180.
Members: please pick up your unsold work from the show between July 12 + 16, 2016.
