You are cordially invited to the official launch of 2018 Exhibition Season at Harcourt House with the opening of two exquisite exhibitions. The event also heralds the year-long 30th Anniversary Celebrations of Harcourt House Artist Run Centre.
The Main Gallery features “Macromea” – a glass and multimedia installation by Alana Biffert (Calgary) and Marta Gorski (Oakland, California), two multi-media artists (read more here). The Art Incubator Gallery showcases“The Book of 7” – a new body of large scale metaphoric paintings by Stephen Ferris, an Edmonton-based visual artist (read more here).
The official opening of both exhibitions will be taking place on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 7 pm to 10 pm. The exhibiting artists will be in attendance. The Artist’s Talk by Marta Gorski will take place at 7:30 pm. A wine & cheese reception (cash bar) will be offered. Admission is free.
