Originally from Washington D.C. suburbs, McLean Fahnestock works in video, sculptural installation and photography. She received
her MFA from California State University in Long Beach where she also currently resides.
Fahnestock’s work revolves around the media protrayal of current events to the public and in August, Harcourt House will be home
of Fahnestock’s video projection titled Grand Finale. This video is composed of a collection of 135 original videos displayed as
a grid and includes sound made from radio transmissions of ground control.
Her work has been exhibited in New York, California, Tennessee, Indiana, and Canada.
